Can I wear Curapod-M while continuing my day?
Yes. Curapod-M is designed to sit discreetly beneath clothing, allowing you to move, work or rest while wearing it. For the most comfortable experience, follow the recommended usage guidance in the app.
When should I begin using it?
You can use Curapod-M whenever menstrual cramps set in. For best results, we recommend starting your sessions 2 days before your period begins, so relief is already at work when the pain typically peaks.
Can I use it if I have PCOS or endometriosis?
Yes, you can. If you have PCOS, endometriosis, or any other underlying medical condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before use. Curapod-M is intended only for managing menstrual pain, but not for curing or treating any underlying clinical conditions.
Will people know I’m wearing it?
Curapod-M has been designed to sit discreetly against the body under most everyday clothing.
Who shouldn’t use it?
Curapod-M should not be used during pregnancy, over broken or irritated skin, or by anyone with implanted electronic devices in or around the lower abdomen. Complete safety guidance is provided in the instruction manual included with your device.
How does it work?
Curapod-M delivers clinical grade light therapy deep into the tissue, where it reduces the production of prostaglandins, the chemicals that trigger painful uterine cramps. With prostaglandin levels lowered, contractions ease, blood flow and oxygen return, and the pain reduces.
Is red light therapy proven?
Yes. Photobiomodulation technology has been tested in multiple clinical trials and has shown to reduce menstrual pain.
Which light is used by Curapod-M?

Is it heat?
No. You may feel a gentle warmth during a session, but the relief comes from photobiomodulation technology acting at the cellular level and not from heat.
