Order Cancellations

  1. Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

  2. Cancellation requests beyond this timeframe may not be accepted, as the order may already be in processing or dispatched.

  3. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and relevant details.

  4. If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method as per our refund timelines (see below).

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items are non-cancellable once an order is placed. Refunds or replacements for items will only be considered if the product is proven to be defective, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If customer receives a product that is damaged or defective, he needs to notify our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Supporting evidence such as photographs or videos of the damaged/defective item must be provided to initiate the verification process.

  3. Once the product is assessed and verified by our team or merchant partner, a suitable resolution will be provided, which may include:

    • Replacement of the item.

    • Repair services (if applicable).

    • Full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the defect.

Product Not as Described

If the product received does not match the description provided on our website or does not meet your expectations, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will review the concern by evaluating the product details and any submitted evidence. A resolution will be offered after careful assessment, which may include an exchange, refund, or other appropriate action.

Refund Process

Once a cancellation, return, or complaint has been approved for a refund, the following steps will be followed:

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product (along with its accessories, if any) is received and inspected at our designated facility.

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4 to 7 business days from the date of receipt and approval.

Substantial relief and recovery

I have a long history of both sciatic pain from slip disc as well as lower back muscular sprains.

I have been using Curapod for 14 days now and I see a substantial relief in pain and discomfort. I'm hopeful that using it for a couple of more weeks would be even more beneficial.

However the product can be made more user friendly as the first 4-5 days were really tough on how to switch off, switch on, how to charge, how to scan on the App. The pods looked like having their own free will and getting on and off without the user's consent. A lot of improvement required.

I also used them during traveling and found them handy and effective.

I've already suggested a few people to buy this product.
